Digitizing: Artwork must be converted into an embroidery-ready file before stitching. A one-time digitizing fee applies to new designs. Once your design has been digitized, the file will be kept on hand for future orders.
Artwork: Please upload the highest-quality version of your logo or design available. Vector artwork is preferred when available.
Please note that very small details or text may need to be adjusted to ensure the best embroidered result.
Colours are matched as closely as possible to your branding colours
Turnaround: Custom patches are made to order. Turnaround begins once artwork and any required digitizing have been approved.
